Having enjoyed a big Sunday roast I then, slightly stupidly, three hours later, attempted a run. Was fun avoiding the flooded pavements of Hythe and Dibden following Storm Dennis.
Managed 17km in 3 runs this week – making progress – a little concerned that I might have bitten off more than I can chew with the Grizzly 20 mile run in a month’s time!?!?!?
